The present report is submitted pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 41/1, in which the Council extended the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Eritrea for one year and requested the mandate holder to present a report on the implementation of the mandate to the Council at its forty-fourth session. As in previous years, the Special Rapporteur was not granted access to Eritrea to conduct in-country visits.
The Government of Eritrea remains opposed to engaging in cooperation under the mandate. The Special Rapporteur has continued to monitor the human rights situation in the country by conducting field missions to third countries and by engaging with a broad range of stakeholders. During the period under review, the Special Rapporteur has found no evidence of a substantial improvement in the situation of human rights in the country.
While Eritrea has increased its engagement with regional and international actors throughout the reporting period, this engagement has not yet translated into tangible reforms in human rights. A telling sign is that Eritreans continue to flee the country in large numbers. In the present report, the Special Rapporteur provides an update on the situation of human rights in the country, highlights specific areas of concern and sets out recommendations for the Government of Eritrea for achieving sustainable progress in human rights.

We must not look for any help from the hidden collaborator of the impostor isaias afewerk,… the United Nations and its subsidiaries…… UNHRC, Unicef etc. Learn from the past treachery of the UN against Eritrean people. Remember, United Nations is ran by the major western countries, who, denying freedom for Eritrean people, had hooked them with Ethiopia in a sham federation, and who, in the 1998 war, under the guise of helping the starved people of Ethiopia, collected huge amount of money from donors at their Cairo conference, with which instead of buying grains for the starved Ethiopians purchased, among many others , latest war planes with their mercenary pilots for woyane just before its Third Military Offensive against Eritrea, to which the impostor isaias afewerk complemented by opening a secret corridor for woyane soldiers to penetrate deep into Eritrea and exposed the Eritrean defense Forces in Gash-Barka to be attacked simultaneously from their front and rearguard. And just ask yourself……. Didn’t this very UNHRC, after two yeras of investigations, found the impostor isaias afewerk guilty of Crimes Against Humanity four years ago? Do you remember who blocked the UNHRC from the process of indicting the impostor for Crimes Against Humanity? …. OBAMA. That was who!! And who was Obama’s advisor back then? Susan Rice, a close friend of the now dead Meles Zenawi. Wouldn’t she have advised Obama not to halt the indictment given her apparent animosity for the impostor? Yes but she did not . Why? Because her alleged animosity, as that between the impostor and Meles, was fake.
My Genuine Eritreans:
We defeated Ethiopia and its surrogates……. the UN, NATO, the Soviet Union etc…… relying on our Unity. Back then, we are all Muslims and we were all Christians. We must regain that back. Our other advantage we had at the time was that our enemy was distinct and clear. Today, the enemy is within us is, a wolf covered with a cloak of deceptive lingo. For example, he uses the word, Love for Hatred; Peace for War; Truth for Falsehood; National Service for Concentration Camps; Self Reliance for National Isolation; portrays his accomplices as Enemies etc. Obviously,these twisted languages were not of his own creation/invention. He picked them from books such as “The Prince” by Machiavelli; ‘1984’ by George Orwell; “Darkness at Noon” by Arthur Koestler.
