As we head to the 27th independence anniversary, there are two voices that whisper into our ears. The silent voices of our martyrs from the graves and the loud voices of our heroes/heroines from the prisons.
Today’s Eritrea is ruled by mafia thugs who seized power in 1997 illegaly by suspending the national assembly and imprisoning its members. One lacks words to describe the atrocities committed by DIA/HGDEF. To just cite a few:
-border conflict with Yemen, Sudan, Ethiopia and Djibouti that cost us 31,000 lives
-forced labor & indefinite national service.
-arbitary arrest without trial. More than 11,000 languishing in more than 300 crowded prisons.
-lack of basic necessities such as water, electricity and food
-closure of clinics/hospitals funded by religious organizations.
-persecution/harassment of religious organizations.
These are just tips of the iceberg. The Eritreans Defence Forces should be the very force that must be haunted by both the silent and the loud voices that I made mention of. Who do they swear their allegiance to? The Eritrean people or the dictator and sellout/corrupt Generals. They have failed the Eritrean people big time so far. The time to sit by the sidelines is over. The reason why I am saying that is because the current situation will force you to act as soon as possible. The dictator/his sellout Generals and Dr Abiy Ahmed are secretly plotting to ignite another war like the one in 1998. This war is is just a pretext to bring large number of Ethiopian troops to Eritrean ports thereby, surrendering Eritrean sovereignty to Ethiopia. Abiy and DIA have been cooking this secret plot at low heat since 2018. This plot is designed to decimate the remaining Eritrean Defence Forces and bring the enemy to Eritrea by the back door under the guise of Abiy-Isaias unholy alliance vs Woyane. The Eritrean Defence Forces should draw the inference from the ferocious battle of Burre to save the port city of Assab. DIA’s hidden agenda was/is to hand over Eritreans sovereignty to Ethiopia.
It is time to reclaim Eritrea and restore our national identity/pride/dignity.
